Q: When will my product ship? I placed an order a few days ago and still haven't got a tracking number.

A: Thank you for placing an order and supporting us! We are a small business and we try to get orders out the door as quickly as possible. Most of our ABS or ACP parts ship out within a 1-2 week period so expect tracking info around that time frame. For our Aluminum parts, please allow up to 3 weeks for the production of your parts. These are CNC Cut, Formed and then dropped off at our Powder Coat shop for the necessary powder coating so the process is a bit longer.

 

Q: Any chance you make any parts for ______?

A: If you have a car that we don't offer any parts for, that just means we haven't had a chance to work on a customers car that's the same as yours. We're always open to creating new parts for different makes and models. If you really want some custom work done for your car, we will send you an invoice for the parts (this would just be a deposit) and once paid, we will look for a car like yours to make all the templates off of. Once found, we will create all the necessary templates for your parts and all of our designs will be 3D modeled to show you examples of what the finished product would look like. Once approved by you, we will collect the rest of the payment (deposit will be included as part of the payment) and have them built and shipped out to you.

 

Q: Do you have any other designs for ____? All I see is one design and I'm not really a fan of it.

A: More than likely, if you see a design for a part whether that be a diffuser or splitter or anything else for that matter we are able to change the designs. We already have templates for most of our parts so changing different variables to create something new is definitely possible.
